Their wedding may have been some time ago now but Sarah and Michael had such a wonderful day they have asked us to be included in our dairy. It's a great compliment to us that they still remember their day so fondly and we hope to see them again soon.

"We chose the venue for our marriage ceremony and reception at Atholl Palace Hotel as Scotland is our second home with Sarah's family coming from the local area.

Our day was made perfect by the Atholl Place staff (especially Roz and Gillian) who helped us every step of the way depite us living over 300 miles away. Needless to say, there were plenty of emails and telephone calls made between our home and the hotel in the months leading up to our Big Day!

Finally, in October 2006, our vows were made in the Corrie Room for an intimate, relaxed but very moving ceremony with close family and friends present. The ambience, the views down the valley while we enjoyed our wedding feast, even the weather was wonderful as we and all our guests released a coloured balloon into the Scottish sky to mark our day in an individual way. We then enjoyed our honeymoon in the Caribbean.

We have many, many lovely memories from our fantastic wedding day and the Atholl Palace Hotel deserves to be at the top of anyone's venue list!"
