Gym & Fitness Room

In August 2007 we opened our brand new gym and fitness room, packed with state of the art Matrix Professional equipment from running machines and cross trainers to a multi purpose rowing machine.

These facilities are available as part of our Full or Half Day Spas, to hotel and lodge guests as well as members of the Lavender Spa Leisure Club.
