Festive Breaks

We require an initial deposit of £100 per adult to confirm bookings.

Full payment of the balance of your package is due by 23rd November 2008 for Christmas and 10 day stays or by 30th November 2008 for Hogmanay stays. If you cancel before these dates any pre-payment will be fully refundable. Cancellations after these dates, if we are unable to resell the accommodation, may be liable to retention of pre-payment. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance to cover such eventualities. We reserve the right to change elements of the published programmes if necessary, but will make every effort to inform our guests in advance.

Party Night Deposits and Advance Payment

For all party bookings an initial deposit of £20.00 per person is required to confirm the booking. Full payment is due by 31st October 2008 together with a roomimg list. Please note after this time no refunds of advance payments are available. Monies paid for non arrivals cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or accommodation for other members of the party. Party organisers are asked to make their group members aware of this condition.

The hotel reserves the right to amend packages and prices at any time before the event and to cancel any evening in the unlikely event of shortfall in minimum numbers required to operate. In such circumstances full refunds will be available.
